I will forever miss your bright, cheeky smile with your delightful dimple. We go back such a long way Rosie - to August 1963 - when we joined Machine Accounts as office juniors on the same day, at Reckitt & Sons, Dansom Lane. We drifted apart for a while, both busy with family things and not helped by me going to live abroad. But we renewed our friendship in more recent years with some enjoyable evenings at the Lairgate (traditional) Jazz evenings on a Friday plus several trips to different North Lincolnshire garden centres. Here, time rolled backwards as we giggled again like the teenagers we once were, trying on shoes in Pavers as well as jackets and gilets in Cotton Traders, always looking for a bargain and sometimes finding one! They were always such happy days, Rosie. I didn't fully realise that I was creating such fond and fun memories to remember you by, so soon afterwards. You are at peace now my friend, your pain gone forever, but I will miss you always.

Your song is over Rosie, but the melody will linger forever. Love Yvonne

So sorry for Rosie’s family.

She wiill be much missed and I won’t enjoy Monks Walk so much now without her.

Last time we saw. Her play was at the GameBird.

My son, Joren, commented that she “nailed it”.
